The Shift 2 Elite Youth Athletic Leadership Conference is a cutting edge, performance based curriculum designed to help your student athlete make the shift from average to Elite mentally, emotionally and physically; on and off the field of play.

The conference will start with registration and a dynamic break out session. Athletes will be participating in a lecture type setting as well as competing against other athletes. At the conclusion of the day's event, athletes will be tested and pushed to perform at their highest level in the Shift 2 Elite Olympic Games.
