Be ready to be challenged!!
Spartan Training Class is for those individuals that want to be challenged and prepare for popular Spartan Races that expand across the nation. These races start from Sprint (3-5 miles with obstacles) to the Super (6-10 miles with obstacles) and the Beast (12-20 miles with obstacles. The obstacles range from rope climbing, bucket carry, monkey bars, wall climbing, swimming, spear throw and so much more. It can challenge both your body and your mind.
