Sport Specific Training
Sport Specific Training is designed to help you take your game to the next level in the sport of your passion. Sport Specific Training – Sport Specific Training is one of the most commonly referred to styles of training offered, but is often misrepresented. Many people use this term to feel like they are going to improve their skills in any given sport. Elite Fitness uses their patented sport specific training programs that have proven to improve ones abilities for a specific skill in any given sport. Elite fitness does not train for specific skills, but rather the anatomical movements needed to provide the specific skills. Elite Fitness has scientifically studied the make up of the human body and designed their programs to enhance the body’s ability to provide the power, endurance, and strength needed to perform specific skills to allow the athlete to excel at a specific sport!! These programs are generally an 8-10 week program that trains 2-3 days per week. Choose your sport, train with Elite, get to the NEXT LEVEL!!!! Ages 8-12: This is a prime age for young atheltes to learn basic sports mechanics. Through sport specific training sessions, we help our clients commit proper mechanics to muscle memory as they develop a higher sense of athleticism. Ages 13 - 18: Through a series of HITS (High Intensity Training Sessions), we separate our clients from their competitors. We combine speed and agility exercises with endurance training which allows our elite athletes to compete at their highest level of intensity without fatigue setting in for an entire game. The beauty of this program is that it allows our clients to start at an entry level and gradually work thier way up to "next level" competitiveness. |
